POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Quality, Compliance & Transformation Analyst leads complex quality, regulatory, and transformation initiatives for large-scale, multinational organizations. This role serves as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS/IMS), regulatory compliance frameworks, and digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of domain expertise, technical capability, and consulting acumen—capable of supporting major migration programs, enterprise system rollouts, and organizational change initiatives. The role requires exceptional communication skills, analytical strength, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders from operational teams to C-suite executives across Fortune 1000 organizations.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Leadership

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise QMS/IMS frameworks aligned with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, GxP, SOC 2).
  • Conduct quality maturity assessments, readiness evaluations, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
  • Develop and optimize policies, SOPs, work instructions, governance models, and compliance controls.
  • Support audit programs, certification readiness, root-cause analysis, CAPA definition, and effectiveness validation.
  • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable business and system requirements.

Business Process & Transformation Consulting

  • Analyze, model, and improve business processes using BPMN and recognized process improvement methodologies.
  • Lead transformation and reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops with leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to define process architectures and performance metrics.
  • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies for large transformation programs.

Digital QMS, Technology Enablement & System Roll-Outs

  • Support major technology implementation initiatives, including:
  • Data mapping and alignment of legacy systems during large-scale migrations.
  • System requirements analysis for platform configuration and customization.
  • Gap assessments between business processes, compliance standards, and system capabilities.
  • Configuration support and documentation for enterprise platforms.
  • UAT planning, coordination, and execution for major roll-outs across multiple business units or countries.
  • Utilize SQL for analytics, reporting, and data validation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure business needs are translated into functional system behaviors.
  • C# development experience is considered a significant asset, especially for workflow logic, integration, and advanced customization.

Risk & Controls Advisory

  • Lead integrated risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and define control frameworks.
  • Support internal and external audits through planning, evidence preparation, remediation tracking, and control improvements.

Project & Client Engagement Management

  • Act as senior advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Manage scope, deliverables, timelines, and quality for transformation and compliance engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels—including Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodology and capability development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is an asset.

Professional Experience

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Transformation, Consulting, or Enterprise Systems roles.
  • Experience delivering large-scale programs for multinational, highly regulated industries, such as:
  • Aviation & Aerospace
  • Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals
  • Banking & Financial Services
  • Utilities & Energy
  • Manufacturing & Defense
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise migration projects, digital QMS/eQMS deployments, and multi-country transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with:
  • Data mapping and conversion activities for legacy-to-modern system migrations
  • SQL for reporting, validation, and analytics
  • Requirements gathering and system requirements analysis
  • Gap assessments for compliance, process, and technology alignment
  • System configuration and documentation
  • UAT planning, coordination, and execution
  • C# development experience is a major asset.
  • Experience with BPMN modeling tools, QMS/eQMS platforms, workflow automation tools, and process mining is advantageous.
