General Responsibility:
The Integration Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the specific needs of the organization in terms of information systems integration. This involves analyzing business processes, functional requirements, and data flows to identify interfaces and interactions between different systems.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Draft documents for complex and large-scale mandates.
- Analyze existing information systems. Analyze their architecture, features, and current integration capabilities.
- Analyze requirements to understand specific integration requirements to be implemented.
- Develop detailed integration specifications. This may include defining data formats, communication protocols, process flows, business rules, data validation rules, etc. Integration specifications will serve as a guide for implementing integration between systems primarily using HL7 v2.3 and FHIR standards.
- Develop a test plan for each interface and ensure its implementation and review.
- Support the management of the interface development process as a whole.
- Document various data flows.
- Facilitate and manage meetings (working groups, committees, etc.).
- Act as an expert in their field with multidisciplinary teams.
- Actively participate in meetings by supporting exchanges related to their area of expertise.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) or any other combination of relevant experience and training.
- Be able to easily communicate relevant information in French both orally and in writing.
- Have accumulated THREE (3) or more years of experience in their field of expertise.
- Have completed TWO (2) or more mandates aimed at system integration in the healthcare field.
